Effective Sun Protection with heroal VS Z

Verl, September 2024. When the sun shines, the demand for intelligent sun protection increases. Intelligent shading should enable you to make efficient use of daylight, keep the climate inside the building pleasantly cool, and have a long service life. With the heroal VS Z zip screen system, the aluminium system provider heroal offers a high-quality and effective solution for residential and commercial buildings.

Protection against the summer heat in widths up to 6 metres

heroal offers the VS Z zip screen system for outside shading to protect interiors from overheating, even with large glass surfaces. Thanks to the reliable zip technology, the system is ball impact-certified and can withstand gusts of 145 km/h - even with large shading surfaces up to 6 m wide and 18 m² in area. The blinds are guided in durable aluminium guide rails, which set new standards on the market with a visible width of just 25 mm. They are invisibly screwed together and can be completely plastered in, if required, to create a particularly unobtrusive look. Depending on the textile selected, heroal VS Z filters UV radiation by up to 100 %.

Perfect colour matching

The heroal VS Z sun protection system can be seamlessly integrated into window, door and curtain wall systems from heroal and other manufacturers. Great freedom of design is made possible by the large selection of more than 250 textiles available as standard. They are available in different openness factors (OF) from semi-transparent to completely blackout. In addition, the aluminium components of the sun protection system can be individually coated with the highly weather-resistant heroal hwr powder coating. This allows a perfect colour match to be achieved with the heroal window systems, which are also provided with the heroal hwr powder coating. heroal hwr powder coatings are available in RAL colours and, thanks to heroal’s exclusive partnership, in Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier colours. Striking looks (e.g. wood, concrete, rust) can also be created with the heroal SD coating technology.
