heroal door systems are coated with the heroal hwr powder coating, providing for a unique variety of designs and colour uniformity with the heroal system portfolio. Thanks to the heroal profile bending and edging service, special shapes, such as round, segmental and basket arches, can be created.

It is easy to adapt the thermal insulation values to the building project – thanks to flexible combinations of profiles with or without PU foam, standard or highly insulating (HI) glazing seals, with our without insulating insert.

With the certified system heroal D 72 for escape routes and emergency exits, panic doors or emergency exits according to the German standards DIN 179 / 1125 can be created. This door system is also ideally suited for highly frequented entrance areas and permanent use (heavy duty).

Thanks to the universal fitting groove, fittings from different manufactures can be chosen, as requireda.

Most machining of the profiles of all heroal D 72 door systems can be done with the universal punch, resulting in significantly shorter manufacturing times and lower tooling cost.

The door system heroal D 72 with its range of approx. 160 door thresholds, including a zero barrier, provides for numerous designs meeting different technical requirements and individual customer needs. For flush threshold solutions, the door system can be combined with the patented drainage system heroal DS.

The patented, reversible panel attachment is compatible with all conventional door panel manufacturers and provides for an extremely time-saving, process reliable manufacture. The panel is clamped onto the profiles, so that there is no need for bonding.

Commercial and residential doors with different requirements can be created from one system, using the same tools and machine adjustments. The design principle across the range of systems and design depths provides for a process reliable manufacture and less customer complaints.

Since the same parts are used for different frame and sash profiles, inventory cost can be minimised.

The profile composite with slide-in spring provides for protection against warping without much manufacturing effort.

The heroal connection technology with nailable and compressible corner angles, connector screws and sealant injection (only heroal D 92 DU) ensures a fault-tolerant, process reliable manufacture. Expandable corner angles provide for an extremely easy alignment of two mitre-cut profiles.

The vulcanised seal frame of the door system heroal D 92 UD reduces the number of parts/ individual items by up to 70 % in the lower door area.
