Profile bending and sheet metal processing

Do you want to respond quickly and economically to the construction and design requirements of clients and architects? heroal's in-house profile bending and folding service is unique in the industry and enables you to quickly and easily implement a wide range of shapes for windows and doors. Even complex shapes such as round, table and basket arches as well as circular elements can be realized without impairing the tested performance characteristics of the heroal systems.

Surface coating

Every day, heroal coats more than 12,000m2 of aluminum profiles. This corresponds to an area the size of several soccer pitches. In addition to the approx. 500 RAL colors available as standard, you also have the option of having profiles coated with the exclusive Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier colors. For exclusive coatings in high-quality wood, concrete or rust finishes, heroal has also developed the heroal SD coating technology, which clearly stands out from conventional profile foiling in terms of quality.
