heroal at R+T digital 2021

Verl, January 2021. heroal exhibits at R+T digital 2021 from 22 to 25 February 2021. In a virtual edition of the trade fair, the aluminium system provider presents a wide range of sun protection solutions for various applications in building projects and residential construction.

In the focus: Versatile Solutions for Effective Sun Protection

heroal VS Z with extended product range

When it comes to sophisticated solutions for textile sun protection, heroal has a number of exciting innovations in store for the fair. A special highlight is the new 25 mm guide rail for the zip screen system heroal VS Z, which can be fully plastered. The design of the textile screen has also been enhanced, so that a surface of 18 m² can now be shaded with a heroal VS Z with an element width of 6 metres. In addition, heroal has developed a new end strip, providing for perfect textile tensioning even with large element sizes. Also, combinations of doors and windows now can be created with a continuous panel box. The system variants heroal VS (with end strip guide) and heroal VS C (with stainless steel rope guide) are also shown at the fair. For all three variants, an even wider range of textiles has been made available. Depending on the system variant and the chosen fabric, up to 100 % of UV rays and sun radiation can be blocked, providing perfect protection.

Innovative solutions for sun protection – clamp-on version and shading of corners

Two new products will celebrate their premiere, and both stand out for their innovativeness. The first, heroal VS Z EM, nominated for the R+T Innovation Award 2021, is a clamp-on zip screen with solar-powered drive, which is ideal for rented flats since its installation does not require any drills. The second, an effective solution for shading corners (e.g. all-glass corners), is a new filigree design by heroal. Its special feature: thanks to the design of the end strips, this sun protection requires only one rope guidance, with which both textile screens can be controlled separately.

Sun protection for the patio roof

To provide shade to covered patios, heroal shows its new horizontal and vertical blinds. The sun protection solutions heroal HS, a horizontal blind for applications above the glass, and heroal VS Z OR, a vertical blind to be installed below the eaves or to the sides, can be harmoniously integrated into the patio roof system heroal OR. They provide for effective protection from sun, wind and heat, and keep insects away. Thanks to a wide range of design variants, they seamlessly blend into modern outdoor living areas.

Finished elements, roller shutter and roller door systems

heroal’s presence at R+T digital 2021 is rounded off by the presentation of heroal‘s range of finished elements, heroal Ready. For this range, heroal takes over the customisation and production of complete finished elements for roller shutters, sun protection and roller doors. In addition, heroal will show tried and tested solutions from its portfolio of system goods for roller shutters and roller doors, as well as the thermal insulation box system heroal IB Unique, which has been extended with various functions for presentation at the fair.
