Innovative Aluminium System Solutions for Residential and Commercial Construction

Verl, August 2024. heroal, the aluminium system provider, will showcase its consistent focus on the needs of its customers with pioneering solutions for residential and commercial construction at Batimat 2024 in Paris. From 30 September to 3 October, heroal will present high-quality and innovative aluminium system solutions for roller shutters, sun protection, windows, doors and curtain walls in Hall H4, Stand F082. They will be characterised by maximum functionality and unlimited design variety. To celebrate its 150th anniversary, heroal will also provide an insight into the company's history at its stand.

This year's trade fair appearance will focus on heroal's extensive portfolio for residential and commercial construction. heroal's aluminium system solutions combine innovation, quality and design, offering added value to fabricators, architects and private building owners. Philippe Buckel, Head of Sales France, emphasises: "We are delighted to present our wide product portfolio. It includes absolute novelties, such as the partly integrated sun protection system heroal VS Z CS for post-transom curtain walls, but also innovative solutions such as the heroal D 72 PF EM front door system, which is particularly time-saving to install, or new solutions for heroal roller shutter systems, which are characterised by greatest functionality, efficiency and design variety. For the first time in France, visitors will be able to experience these solutions live. The company's 150th anniversary will also play an important role.“

The partly integrated heroal VS Z CS sun protection

From passive house-certified curtain walls to design-oriented glass variants and fire protection curtain walls, the heroal C 50 curtain wall system makes it possible to turn a wide variety of architectural concepts into reality. At Batimat 2024, heroal will showcase this system together with the heroal VS Z CS partly integrated sun protection system, an innovation presented by heroal at a trade fair for the first time. Combined with the heroal GR 25 guide rail, this sun protection system can be seamlessly integrated into post-transom curtain walls with a face width of only 50 mm. For a time-saving and cost-efficient installation, an integration profile is used as a screw-on base, which can already be machined in the workshop together with the curtain wall posts. Thanks to the installation close to the curtain wall, the system is also wind-stable up to 145 km/h.

The heroal W 72 window system, combined with the heroal RS 37 surface-mounted roller shutter, will also be on show at Batimat. This exhibit will be equipped with the heroal IS insect screen, the new angled end strip and the new heroal DRP guide rail, which has been certified driving rain-proof up to 600 Pa. The new end strip supports the simple, high-quality installation of heroal roller shutter systems in top or surface-mounted boxes and ensures a flat box closure.

The heroal D 72 PF EM front door system provides for a significant increase in manufacturing efficiency. Thanks to the enhanced design, work steps and material can be saved in door manufacture, and lead times can be noticeably reduced. The double-sided sash-concealing panel variant with its perfect, elegant design will be shown on the heroal trade fair stand.

Textile sun protection systems for new and existing buildings

Protection against the summer heat fulfils important criteria for sustainable and energy-efficient construction. Providing effective shading for new as well as existing buildings, the clip-on sun protection system heroal VS Z EM is unique on the market: It can be installed without drilling and can be removed without a trace if needed. Thanks to its integrated solar drive, it is also suitable for listed buildings or rental properties. heroal also offers the external zip screen system heroal VS Z as high-quality protection against the heat for large glass surfaces. heroal VS Z, which will be presented at Batimat in combination with the heroal S 65 sliding door system, is integrated almost invisibly into the façade using a flush, in-wall panel box.

Virtually unlimited design variety

Design variety is standard at heroal. The company emphasises this claim at Batimat with a variety of surfaces for the entire heroal system portfolio and a wide range of non-transparent and translucent fabrics for textile sun protection systems. They ensure greatest freedom of design and give façades an individual look. In addition, heroal systems offer excellent options for outstanding, harmonious colour designs of buildings, thanks to the industry-exclusive partnership with Les Couleurs^® Le Corbusier, which visitors can also be inspired by.

Experience efficiency live

To enable fabricators to manufacture heroal systems even more efficiently, heroal has extended its portfolio with solutions that are particularly fast and easy to process. At Batimat, fabricators can see the high efficiency of the heroal WF EM fitting system for themselves in regular live demonstrations. The innovative window fitting system combines maximum functionality and a high degree of pre-assembly with a wide range of design options, slim face widths, and burglar resistance up to RC 3.
